Shipping
Shipping is free within Australia (excludes aerosol paint, skate ramps (and other elements) and electric skateboards) and we have low cost international shipping. See the frequently asked questions "FAQ" page for international shipping rates. Most orders placed on our web site by 9:00 a.m. Australian Eastern Time (Monday through Friday) will ship the same day. Orders placed after 9:00 a.m. on Friday, Saturday or on Sunday, will ship the following Monday. Orders placed on national holidays will not be processed until the next business day.
We ship via all major mail carriers, including the Australia Postal Service, Fast Away and Star Track couriers. Unfortunately, customers are unable to specify the carrier of their choice.
On rare occasions we may face an unexpected delay in shipping your order. We will notify you by email if we determine your order will not ship within the time-frame specified.
For products that are temporarily out of stock, you will be notified via email and we will issue a refund or shop credit at your discretion.
Items may be shipped in separate boxes due to size and weight concerns.
For safety purposes, a signature may be required to assure that you receive your order.
