Return Policy
Most unused items may be returned for any reason, opened or unopened, within 30 days, for an exchange or a refund for the full amount of the merchandise not including original shipping. All returns require prior authorization by Boardshop Australia. Please fill out RMA request form for a Return Authorization Number or email Customer Service. Any item returned without an Authorization Number will be returned to customers at customer's expense. All items returned for a refund are subject to a 20% restocking fee. RMA numbers are valid for a period of 30 days only. After 30 days, a RM number will automatically delete from our system.
Returns will be credited at the price paid on invoice, less any re-stocking fee. Merchandise showing signs of use, misuse or consumer abuse will not be accepted for return credit. Credit will be issued within 2 business days upon receipt of merchandise by Boardshop Australia. Where applicable, a fee up to 50% of the product price may be applied for missing parts, documentation, and manufacturer's box/packing.
Sale of clearance and sale are final. Only defective clearance items may be returned for credit or exchange.
Removal or alteration of a product's serial number or serial number sticker will automatically void your Boardshop Australia Return Policy and items will therefore be refused and returned to you.
Return Of New Unopened Items
Boardshop Australia allows you to return any new, factory-sealed and unopened merchandise within 30 days of your purchase date. We will issue a full refund or exchange of item. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. Shipping charges can only be refunded if the return is a result of our error.
Return Of Defective Items
Boardshop Australia allows you to return defective merchandise within 30 days of your purchase date. We will issue a full refund or exchange of item. Please include a detailed written description of the defect and how to replicate the problem. Merchandise will be inspected upon arrival to our facility. Merchandise inspected and found to be non-defective will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Additional fees may be assessed for missing factory hardware and packaging. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Boardshop Australia is unable to accept returns of the following products:
Assembled Completes
Custom Built Trucks
Pre-Gripped Skateboard Decks
Items with their UPC Labels or Bar Codes cut, removed or missing
Damaged items after being signed for during delivery in original condition
Packaging A Return
When returning merchandise, all items should include all factory packaging and accessories in its original carton with all UPC and Bar Codes intact. Items returned incomplete will receive a reduced credit reflecting any missing accessories. All merchandise must be shipped freight prepaid by the customer and double boxed with the RMA number displayed on the outside of the shipping box with no writing on the manufacturer's box. For your protection, we recommend you insure your shipment. Please return ONLY those products AUTHORIZED for return.
