Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability as to Products Sold
All of Boardshop Pty Ltd 's products are guaranteed against manufacturer defects for 30 days from the date of the invoice. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED HEREIN, BOARDSHOP PTY LTD MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO PRODUCTS SOLD ON THE BOARDSHOP.COM.AU SITE. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED HEREIN, BOARDSHOP PTY LTD EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO PRODUCTS SOLD ON THIS SITE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Sales Taxes
Boardshop Pty Ltd shall withhold the applicable federal tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within Australia. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other location.
Returns and Exchanges
Products may be returned to Boardshop Pty Ltd for replacement or refund in the following manner:
Returns to Boardshop Pty Ltd must be made within 30 days of the invoice date. After 30 days, you must make all returns directly to the manufacturer of your product. Before returning any item, you must contact our Customer Service Department for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). No returns, of any type, will be accepted without an RMA number. The RMA number is good for only one (1) item and must match the product authorized for return. RMA numbers are valid for ten (10) business days and all returns must be received within 10 days of obtaining the RMA number. If you are returning a non-defective product that has been opened, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. You are responsible for all shipping costs. All refunds for non-defective items exclude shipping and handling charges. Please allow 2-4 weeks for refunds to be processed and credited to your account. If you are seeking replacement of a defective product, you must place a new order for the identical product. When Boardshop Pty Ltd receives the returned defective product, you will be credited in full for the defective product. In order to receive a refund, your purchase must be returned with shipping pre-paid. All items must be in "as-new" condition, in original packaging and with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Once an item has been visibly used or installed, it cannot be returned--NO EXCEPTIONS. The original packing slip must be included and the RMA number visible on the package. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your refund. All returns must be sent via registered Post, or any other courier that issues a tracking number, any other means is at your own risk.

Jurisdiction and Venue
Boardshop Pty Ltd shall be governed by the laws of the State of Queensland. You agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from your use of, or orders made on the Boardshop.com.au sites shall be an appropriate Court of Gold Coast in the State of Queensland.

Boardshop Australia has created this privacy policy in order to disclose our information gathering and dissemination practices for this web site.

This information may be disclosed to trusted persons working together with Boardshop Australia if they are involved in the completion, delivery or customer support of your order. How this information is used: Customers that open an account may receive notifications of new arrivals, discounts and updated information from our web site. You may "Opt Out" of receiving these emails by using the "Unsubscribe Me" link at the bottom of every e-mail. Cookies.
