Q: Can I pay via direct deposit?

A: Yes, during checkout select to pay by cheque/money order or direct deposit. After your order is completed you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a our bank account details.

Q: Do you have a storefront?

A: Yes, we are located near Harbourtown on the Gold Coast. Our warehouse address is 1/10 Ereton Dr, Arundel, QLD 4215. Our warehouse is staffed from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday.

Q: How long will it take to get my stuff?

A: Orders are shipped within 2 business days. Most items are shipped via eparcel and you will receive emails to track your shipment. Shipping time depends on the size of your particular order, your location, etc.

Q: It says my order is "pending" -- what does that mean?

A: Orders have three states: pending, processing, and shipped. Pending means it hasn't been packed yet (and payment may not have been received yet), processing means it's being packed, and shipped means that it's been shipped.

Q: I got my order, but I want to return something. What should I do?

A: Please see our Return Policy

Q: Can I have some stickers?

A: If you send us a self-addressed stamped envelope, we'll send you some stickers. Send to Boardshop Australia, PO Box 410, Chirn Park QLD 4215, Australia.

Q: I don't live in Australia. What are the shipping costs?

A: Shipping costs depend on the total cost of your order. All prices are in Australia dollars. For purchases up to $10, the cost for shipping is $3 ($2 for NZ). Purchases between $10 and $30, cost is $10 ($7 for NZ). Purchases between $30 and $50, cost is $20 ($10 for NZ). Purchases between $50 and $80, cost is $35 ($20 for NZ). Purchases between $80 and $100, cost is $60 ($35 for NZ). Purchases between $100 and $150, cost is $60 ($55 for NZ). Purchases between $150 and $200, cost is $80 ($60 for NZ). Purchases between $200 and $300, cost is $100 ($70 for NZ). Purchases between $300 and $350, cost is $130 ($80 for NZ). Purchases between $350 and $400, cost is $150 ($190 for NZ). Purchases between $400 and $500, cost is $170 ($110 for NZ). Purchases $500.01 and over, cost is $250 ($130 for NZ).

Q: Will you sponsor me?

A: We sponsor events and assist individual riders. Send us a sponsor-me video.

Q: I saw something that I wanted on your site, but now it's gone. What gives?

A: Boardshop Australia utilizes a real-time inventory system. Items that are out of stock aren't displayed. This reduces confusion, back-orders, and inconvenience for our customers.

Q: So-and-so is selling Ultra-Turbo-Widget trucks for $5 less, will you match their price?

A: Please refer to our Low Price Guarantee.

Q: I want to order one of your custom completes, but want different trucks, wheels, and bearings. How much will it cost?

A: On our standard custom completes, we allow wheel duro (aka, hardness) changes at no additional charge. If you want to change any of the components (i.e., trucks, wheels, etc), you'll need to purchase the individual items separately.

Q: Will my complete be ready to ride?

A: Unless you specify otherwise, your complete will come UNASSEMBLED. Assembly is free of charge however. Simply request assembly in the "Special Instructions" comment box during checkout.

Q: Will you put my board together for me?

A: Sure, just put a note requesting assembly in the "Special Instructions" comment box during checkout.

Q: Can you grip my deck for me?

A: Absolutely. Include a note in the "Special Instructions" comment box during checkout.

Q: I need my stuff super quick, can you overnight it to me?

A: Please contact us regarding expedited shipping options.

Q: How come you don't carry ?

A: We have extremely high quality standards, and some brands can't consistently meet those standards. Rather than carry every possible brand or model on the market, we prefer to "dive deep" and offer only the best products that will exceed our customers' expectations (at all price points).
